We like to describing salsa on where the music make the accent.
In Salsa the accents could be on 1, 2, or 4 generally. So we teach you how to understand where the accent is in the music, and how to recognise it, so we could focus on it. understanding the music make you a better dancer, more confidently on the dance floor.
It’s a different way of thinking about Salsa: more fluidity and more grounded, and it really stands out on the dance floor!
